Ghanaian lawyer and social commentator Maurice Ampaw has fired fresh accusations at Sammy Gyamfi, acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board, claiming that the country's gold revenues are unsafe under his watch.
Ampaw's remarks come in the wake of growing public outrage following the circulation of a viral video in which Sammy Gyamfi is seen spraying crisp dollar bills on self-styled evangelist Patricia Oduro Koranteng, popularly known as Agradaa.
The video, which surfaced shortly after the 2024 general elections, has fueled conversations around transparency and the public conduct of high-ranking appointees.
Speaking on Wontumi Radio, Ampaw did not hold back. "Is our gold money safe under Sammy Gyamfi?
