The Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) has been petitioned to investigate allegations of corruption against Samuel Gyamfi, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board.
The petition, submitted by a citizen identified as Eric Dumenu Akatsi, calls on CHRAJ to invoke its powers under Article 218(e) of the 1992 Constitution to probe what the petitioner describes as conduct inconsistent with the ethical standards expected of a public official.
