Ghanaian investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has reacted to reports that an American court has slashed the ruling of $18 million against Kennedy Agyapong in their defamation case.
According to him, his victory lies in the judgment and not the award that came with the judgment.
In a statement immediately after the court's decision, Anas Aremeyaw said even though there are options available to him, he takes solace in the fact that Kennedy Agyapong admitted to have defamed him.
It will be recalled that a jury awarded an amount of $18 million against Kennedy Agyapong in a defamation case against Kennedy Agyapong.
