Director of Communications for Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo has insisted that the Phobians will not embark on wholesale signings in the current transfer window.
The Phobians has completed the signing of four players this summer following the arrival of Baba Adamu, Ali Mohammed, Prince Kwabena Owusu and Frank Duku.
However, Opare Addo has affirmed the club will not recruit too many players in the current window, saying his outfit has an already existed quality squad. "We are not done with business in the transfer market, but we will not all make mass recruitment.
We've added four players to the already existed quality players at our folds.
