Despite several appeals to get potable water flowing through their community, residents in Kpalime Dugah in the South Dayi District of the Volta Region still rely on streams and dug-up water for survival.
The situation has raised health concerns as most residents can't afford a GHS30 or more trip to neighbouring Anum or Boso to get water.
Access to the community is another challenge, which residents are calling on authorities to come to their aid.
