A final-year student of Human Settlement Planning at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Godfred Owusu, has emerged as the overall winner of the 14th edition of the Project Green competition.
The announcement was made at the closing ceremony of the global event, which brought together innovative thinkers and environmental advocates from across the world.
The Project Green competition is an international platform that recognises groundbreaking projects and initiatives focused on environmental sustainability, climate resilience, and community impact.
According to a VokLive post on X, Godfred's winning project stood out among hundreds of entries submitted by participants from over 50 countries, showcasing practical solutions to environmental challenges faced by communities in the Global South.
