A law lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) Law School, Ishaq Ibrahim, has criticised President 's recently announced 120-day social contract, describing it as uninspiring and lacking depth.

According to him, President Mahama's achievements under the 120-day social contract would amount to that of a struggling student at UPSA. "Don't praise Mahama for low-hanging fruits; in UPSA, he'd be a struggling student," he claimed.

The lecturer made these remarks during a panel discussion on Good Morning Ghana on Metro TV, aired on May 8, 2025, and monitored by GhanaWeb, where the president's 120-day social contract came under scrutiny.
