Rev.
John Ntim Fordjour, Ranking Member of Parliament's Defence and Interior Committee, has demanded an immediate and comprehensive investigation into the National Security Secretariat's alleged misuse of public funds.
His call follows explosive claims by Kwabena Adu-Boahene, the former head of the National Signals Bureau, that millions of cedis were diverted to political campaigns and parliamentary committees.
In a social-media post on Wednesday, 7 May, Mr Ntim Fordjour described the revelations as "shocking, scary and a major National Security scandal!!!"
