A former District Chief Executive of Fanteakwa, Abass Fuseini Sbaabe, has described President John Dramani Mahama's inclusion of young leaders in his government as a bold and forward-thinking strategy that could redefine Ghana's political landscape.

In a recent Facebook post, Abass commended Mahama for breaking the norm in a political system often dominated by recycled figures.

He argued that the appointment of young, dynamic individuals to key ministerial and executive roles brings fresh energy, innovation, and a long-term vision to governance. "Young appointees, by their very nature, are driven to prove themselves.

Most are not content with ending their careers as CEOs or deputy ministers.
