The Ketu South Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), in the Volta Region, Nicholas Kwabla Worklachie has hinted of adopting a 360-degree appraisal approach aimed at fast tracking the successful implementation of governments resetting agenda for total development of the area.
He indicated that modern trends in local governance administration demands more commitment and dedication from all actors towards ensuring that set goals and targets are met within stipulated periods.
The MCE disclosed these at a meeting with members of the assembly on his programme for the municipality and what is expected of them during his tenure as the MCE especially the prompt submission of quarterly reports.
The 360-degree feedback or multi-rater feedback he explained is a comprehensive employee evaluation method that gathers feedback from multiple sources, including the employee themselves, their manager, peers, direct reports, and even external stakeholders especially customers.
