Parts of Accra were plunged into darkness on Sunday, May 4, after a fire broke out at the Dzorwulu Bulk Supply Point, one of the city's major electricity distribution hubs.
Massive clouds of smoke rising from the site caught the attention of residents and onlookers, with many capturing the moment on their phones.
Firefighters from the Ghana National Fire Service quickly moved in and have since been battling the flames to prevent further damage.
As of now, the cause of the fire is still unknown.
