Dr.
Robert Amesiya, the Founding Medical Director of the Upper West Regional Hospital, has raised serious concerns about persistent power fluctuations at the facility, warning that the inconsistent electricity supply is damaging critical medical equipment and endangering patient care.
In an exclusive interview with Channel One News, Dr.
Amesiya attributed the issue to the absence of a dedicated power line from the GRIDCo substation in Sawla - a request that, he says, has gone unanswered for years.
