Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer aspirant, Ing.
Kwabena Agyepong, is calling on the party's leadership to expedite the process of selecting its next presidential candidate.
According to him, the ideal timeline would be by December 2025, to allow sufficient time for groundwork ahead of the 2028 general elections. "I think we should do it by December this year [2025].
It should be done as quickly as possible," Agyepong said during an interview with Umaru Sanda Amadu on Channel One TV's Face to Face.
