A former legal advisor to ex-president , Victoria Bright, has called on the (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to refrain from politicising the suspension of Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo.
According to her, those comments could endanger the entire process.
This appeal comes amid the NPP's vow to protest against the suspension, which they describe as an attack on Ghana's democracy and the judiciary. "The NPP have the right to demonstrate but at the end of the day, it is not helpful.
The committee has been set to handle the issue.
