Executive Director of Global InfoAnalytics, Mussa Dankwah, has explained why the recent poll on Chief Justice, Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo did not assess her performance, citing the limited public visibility of her work.

The poll which has stirred national debate, showed that more than half of Ghanaians support the removal of Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo.

Conducted between April 7 and April 16, 2025, the poll sampled 2,545 voters across Ghana's 16 regions, offering a snapshot of public sentiment on the judiciary's leadership.

The results show that 52% of respondents favour the Chief Justice's removal, while 20% oppose it.
