The 2024 Vice Presidential candidate of the (NPP), Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly known as NAPO, has taken a playful swipe at comedian OB Amponsah over jokes made about him during a recent comedy show.

Speaking to the media on the sidelines of the NPP's National Executive Council (NEC) meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, he jokingly stated that he would instruct his lawyers to write to the comedian so they could share the revenue from the show. "Someone who is a comedian is using my name, I'm very, very happy.

I thank him because he's putting my name out there for free.

But I'll let my lawyers write to him so we can share the revenue," he said with a smile.
