The Ashanti South Regional Police Command has pledged to intensify its efforts against armed gangs threatening the safety of residents in the Adansi areas.
This declaration follows a police operation that resulted in a violent shoot-out, leaving four robbers dead.
One injured suspect is currently under tight police surveillance at the hospital, while another remains at large.
Described as a notorious group of six, the gang is known for targeting businesses, banks, travelers, and even mining companies.
