(NPP) communicator, Lawuratu Musah-Saaka, has rendered an apology for the cocaine smuggling allegation she made against the Member of (MP) for Sekondi, Blay Nyameke Armah.

The NPP communicator had accused the (NDC) MP of possessing 3,000 kilograms of cocaine valued at $350 million and of being involved in multinational drug trafficking, during an interview on Metro TV's Good Morning Ghana.

She also implied that Armah's son had been arrested in connection with the alleged illicit activities, and that Armah himself had fled to a neighbouring country to evade arrest.

Speaking on the same programme on Monday, April 14, 2025, Musah-Saaka begged for forgiveness and retracted her statement.
