The Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mustapha Gbande, has asked the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), to be thankful to President John Mahama for treating them with kids cloves in the corruption fight.
In his estimation, the president has opted to prioritise development over aggressively pursuing corrupt officials from the past government.
He noted that if he were president of the country, most corrupt appointees from the erstwhile Akufo-Addo government would have fled the country. "When I see my brothers [NPP] making noise, I feel sad.
