Some aggrieved (NDC) members at Mampong in the Ashanti Region have accused the regional minister, Dr Frank Amoakohene of interfering in the selection of a Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the area.
Speaking in a recent interview on TV Africa, they expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the minister. "I attended the regional and the national vetting because of the love I have for the party.
Nii Adjabeng and Esther Dwomoh were vetted at the national level.
After the exercise, we received the order of performance, and some names were omitted from the list.
