A former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame, has expressed dissatisfaction with the adjournment of the hearing for an application aimed at halting the prima facie case determination in the Chief Justice's impending impeachment process.

Addressing the media after proceedings in court, Godfred Yeboah Dame expressed surprise at the turn of events, describing the AG's reasons as untenable. "I find it quite odd for him to say that state attorneys are at a conference and for that matter all the cases in the country should be adjourned.
