Imani Africa's Franklin Cudjoe has questioned the brain behind sim card re-registration slated for July.
He is of the view that there are other important things to do currently in the country, and SIM card registration can never be one of them.
Franklin Cudjoe called for an improvement in the sector and not a focus on sim re-registration.
