At least five people have been severely injured following an accident on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 along the Ring Road in Accra.
The crash involved five vehicles and was triggered by a Kia truck, heavily loaded with bricks, which reportedly suffered a brake failure.
Eyewitness accounts reveal that the truck, with registration number GX 3456-21, lost control as it descended the road, colliding with multiple vehicles, including private cars.
The impact left five individuals, among them a young boy, with severe injuries.
