The Minority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, has strongly defended the Ranking Member on Parliament's Defence and Interior Committee and MP for Assin South, Rev John Ntim Fordjour.

Joy News learnt that operatives of the National Investigations Bureau (NIB) stormed the home of the Assin South MP to execute an arrest warrant.

This was corroborated by the General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua Frimpong, who made a post on Facebook on Wednesday, April 9.

Addressing the press on Thursday, April 9, in the company of other party bigwigs who rushed to the MP's house to support him, Afenyo-Markin emphasised that Ntim Fordjour is not alone in his role and has the full support of the Minority caucus. "Reverend is not a loner, he has not walked alone, and he will never walk alone," the Minority Leader stated.
