The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has clarified that the former Dome-Kwabenya Member of Parliament, Sarah Adwoa Safo, was officially informed of the postponement of her disciplinary hearing.

Speaking on The Pulse on JoyNews on Monday, April 7, the Deputy General Secretary of the NPP, Haruna Mohammed, said the party followed due process in communicating the postponement of the disciplinary hearing to Adwoa Safo. "I can confirm that a letter was delivered to her regarding the postponement.

I personally received her at the party headquarters today because we were holding a separate meeting on electoral matters from the 2024 general elections.

While there, I heard some noise outside and went to find out what was happening.
