President John Mahama has appointed Rev.
Stephen Wilfred Arthur, a distinguished aviation expert, as the acting Director General of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
Rev.
Arthur brings more than 30 years of experience in air transport, economic regulation, business development and strategic planning to his new role, along with a clear vision for the future of Ghana's aviation sector.
