A pregnant woman has been killed after unknown gunmen opened fire on a group returning from a prayer session in Kukpalgu, in the Tatale-Sanguli District of the Northern Region.
JoyNews has gathered that the woman was shot in the stomach and died on the spot.
Two others who sustained injuries are currently receiving treatment.
Initially treated at a herbal center in Gbande, they have since been referred to the Tamale Teaching Hospital.
