Former Member of for Assin Central, , has stated that the outcome of the defamation case against him, which resulted in an $18 million fine slapped at him by a jury at the Essex County Superior Court in the US, has shaped him into a better person.
In a brief address on Thursday, March 27, 2025, upon his return to Ghana, he stated that his legal battle with investigative journalist, , had been a learning experience. "We should all stay calm, because anybody who decides to speak the truth and fight for the voices will go through all these.
And through this, I have become a better person," he stated.
