Mrs Maame Saama Peprah has taken over duty as the Acting Registrar of Companies (ROC), succeeding the outgoing Registrar of Companies, Mrs Jemima M.
Oware, whose tenure spanned from March 2022 to February 2025.
In a handing over ceremony held in Accra on Monday, Mrs Oware expressed her gratitude to the management of the ORC for their cooperation and support which helped to chalk significant successes during her tenure as Registrar.
She emphasised the importance of providing a conducive environment for the new Registrar to thrive, urging management to offer the necessary resources, guidance, and support to enable her to settle into her role seamlessly.
