Minister for Finance, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, has described the 2025 budget as a people-centred document designed to address the pressing concerns of Ghanaians.

Speaking in Parliament on Tuesday, 25 March, during the conclusion of discussions on the Budget Statement, Dr Forson assured that the government is committed to ensuring its successful implementation. "This budget reflects our determination to put the people first, and we will ensure its successful execution for the benefit of all Ghanaians," he stated.

He emphasized that the budget is more than just economic projections, but rather a strategic response to the real challenges citizens face. "This budget is not just figures on paper; it is a comprehensive plan to address the real concerns of Ghanaians.

We have listened, and we are responding with practical solutions," he added.
