Ghanaian singer and entrepreneur Mzbel has sparked controversy after revealing that she would not hire someone from the Ga tribe for employment.

During a radio discussion, the 16 Years hitmaker shared that she typically asks potential employees about their tribe, and if they identify as Ga, she refuses to offer them a job.

According to her, some of them provide excuses such as attending social events or parties, which she feels undermines their commitment to the job.While she expressed a desire to employ individuals from all backgrounds, Mzbel emphasized that her frustration stems from the lack of reliability and dedication shown by some members of the Ga tribe she has employed in the past.
