The Interior Minister has announced that March 30 and March 31 are holidays.
In view of the holiday falling on Sunday, March 30, 2025, the president has asked that Tuesday, April 1, 2025, is also a holiday.
The holiday marks Eid-Ul-Fitr celebrations.
A statement from the ministry said "The general public is hereby informed that Sunday, 30th March, 2025 or Monday, 31st March, 2025 marks Eid-Ul-Fitr which is a Statutory Public Holiday.
