The Deputy Attorney-General (A-G), Dr.
Justice Srem Sai, has emphasised the importance of due process, cautioning against treating individuals as guilty before a court of law determines otherwise.
His remarks come in the wake of the arrest of the former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), Kwabena Adu Boahene, by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO).
Mr Boahene was apprehended at Kotoka International Airport (KIA) upon his arrival from London on a British Airways flight.
