The Tarkwa District Court One has sentenced Enoch Buamah, a 19-year-old illegal miner, to three months' imprisonment in hard labour for stealing assorted items worth GH¢7,563.00.
Buamah, who was recently jailed for a similar offence, pleaded guilty to unlawful entry, causing damage, and stealing.
He was sentenced to three months in prison on each count, but the sentences will run concurrently.
The prosecutor, Inspector of Police Patrick Essien, told the court presided over by Charles Owusu Nsiah that Patricia Kyei, a hairdresser, was the complainant.
