The Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Dr.
Dominic Ayine, has dropped treason felony charges against activist and Democracy Hub convener, Oliver Barker-Vormawor.
The charges stemmed from statements he made in 2022, which authorities deemed as inciting a coup against the government.
Mr Barker-Vormawor was arrested and charged after he allegedly stated on social media that he would lead a coup if the government approved the controversial E-Levy.
