The Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Authority (NYA), Osman Ayariga, has called on young Ghanaians to embrace the soon-to-be-launched National Apprenticeship Programme as a pathway to skills development and employment.
He reaffirmed the Authority's dedication to youth empowerment through capacity-building initiatives, infrastructure development, and vocational training.
Speaking at the International Youth Empowerment Summit (IYES) Ghana 2025 at the UPSA Auditorium on Friday, 14th March, Mr Ayariga outlined key NYA initiatives aimed at tackling youth unemployment.
He emphasised the organisation's readiness to collaborate with stakeholders on projects that align with its mission of equipping young people with essential skills for success. "The Authority's doors are open to all youth-related programmes and partnerships that seek to empower our young people," he stated.
