Retired police officer and Member of Parliament for Wa West, Peter Lanchene Toobu, has questioned the leadership approach of former Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Dr.
George Akuffo Dampare, suggesting that while he earned public admiration, his tenure left many police officers demotivated.
