Former Deputy Minister of Finance, Dr Stephen Amoah has acknowledged that some aspects of the 2025 Budget presented by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government, if effectively implemented, could significantly benefit the country.
He has some reservations, however, about some aspects of the budget.
