Chaired by Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Stanislav Xoese Dogbe, with Legal Counsel to the President, Marietta Brew, as Secretary, the task force includes Water Resources, Works & Housing Minister Kenneth Gilbert Adjei and Local Government Minister Ahmed Ibrahim.

The remaining are the National Security Coordinator, DCOP Abdul Osman Razak, and Deputy Director General of NADMO, Teddy Addi.

As part of its field activities, the taskforce embarked on an aerial reconnaissance mission to assess flood-prone areas and gather essential data to prevent future flooding.
