President John Dramani Mahama has officially sworn in 13 newly approved Deputy Ministers and Minister of State for Public Sector Reforms, Lydia Lamisi Akanvariba, at the Jubilee House on March 12.
Among the appointees are John Dumelo (Food and Agriculture), Alhassan Suhuyini (Roads and Highways), Yussif Issaka Jaja (Tourism, Creative Arts and Culture), and Thomas Nyarko Ampem (Finance).
Others include Gizella Tetteh Agbotui (Works, Housing and Water Resources), Ernest Brogya Genfi (Defence), and Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi (Interior).
In his address, President Mahama urged the new appointees to uphold humility, avoid extravagant lifestyles, and prioritize public service.
