Former Finance Minister, Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta, has filed a lawsuit against DSP Bismark Boakye Ansah and Chief Inspector Mensah, also known as Sir Mensah, accusing them of trespassing on his property and violating his right to privacy.
The legal action follows a raid on Ofori-Atta's Cantonments residence on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
The operation, reportedly carried out by a group that included individuals in military and police uniforms, took place while the former minister was out of the country.
His wife and other family members were present during the incident.
