The Minister of Finance, Dr.
Cassiel Ato Forson, has reassured Ghanaians that the much touted 24-Hour economic policy by the government will be formally presented to Parliament.
He made this declaration while presenting the 2025 Budget Statement and Economic Policy on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in Parliament.
The policy, geared at enhancing economic opportunities and inclusivity in employment, was one of the major campaign promises of the ruling NDC government during the 2024 Election. "The Mahama-led NDC government is committed to the pursuit of the 24-Hour Economy policy," he said.
