U.S.
based Ghanaian political commentator Kevin Ekow Taylor has praised the abolishing of the e-levy and betting tax, calling it a good thing for Ghanaians.
Taylor, speaking on his show With All Due Respect, reacted to a recent KPMG study which claimed that abolishing these taxes would lose the government GHC 6.4 billion in revenue.
The survey comes after some economists and groups called for the government not to abolish these taxes as promised without finding an alternative revenue accumulation method.
