Police in the Ashanti Region have launched an investigation following the gruesome murder of a 25-year-old mobile money vendor, identified only as Junior, in Soldier-Line, a suburb of the Kwadaso Municipality.
The young man, originally from Ejisu Onwe, was found dead in his one-room apartment on Saturday, March 8, under chilling circumstances.
Reports indicate that he had returned home that night with a substantial amount of cash when unidentified attackers stormed his residence.
He was later discovered in a pool of blood, with the assailants allegedly making away with an undisclosed sum.
