Finance Minister, Cassiel Ato Forson, PhD, will present the 2025 budget to Parliament today, March 11, 2025.
The minister is expected in Parliament at 10 am to present the budget statement.
The budget statement is the first of John Dramani Mahama's second administration and is expected to give hope to the Ghanaian people.
The finance minister has hinted that the budget will not introduce new taxes but will eliminate some nuisance taxes.
