The Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs has inducted the Paramount Chief of the Ngleshie Alata Traditional Area, Oblempong Dr.
Wetse Kojo II, as a member of the House.
A letter issued and signed by the Registrar of the House, Enoch Addo, confirmed the development, stating that, by law, the chief now also serves as the President of the Ngleshie Alata Traditional Council.
The letter was copied to the Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development, the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, the Ministry of the Interior, the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, the Ga West Municipal Assembly, the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands, and the Lands Commission.
