Lawyers for Daniel Asiedu, the prime suspect in the murder of former Abuakwa North MP J.B.
Danquah-Adu, have informed an Accra High Court that they intend to file a bail application on March 25 for their client's release.
Mr Asiedu also known as 'Sexy Don Don', who was acquitted by a seven-member jury in December last year, is set to undergo a retrial following a court ruling.
His legal team argues that the circumstances surrounding his acquittal warrant further legal scrutiny.
