Renowned economist, Professor Stephen Adei, has declared that he would physically carry President John Mahama Mahama, in appreciation of his efforts, if he succeeds in eradicating corruption from Ghana.
He said this on the KeyPoints with Alfred Ocansey on March 8. "Even though I'm an old man, I will do push-ups and physically put him on my back," Prof.
Adei said during a discussion on the fight against corruption.
He stressed that corruption remains the biggest obstacle to Ghana's development, warning that without serious reforms, the country will continue to underperform economically and socially.
