An unemployed man who stole a laptop from the Ministry of Labour, Jobs and Employment has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Foster Nyarko, a 36-year-old man, went to the Ministry seeking a cleaning job.
He pleaded guilty to charges of unlawful entry and stealing a laptop valued at GHC24,745 before an Accra Circuit Court.
The court presided over by Basilia Adjei-Tawiah, sentenced Nyarko to one year for unlawful entry and two years for stealing.
