Chairman of the National Economic Dialogue Planning Committee, Dr.
Ishmael Yamson, has called for the institutionalization of the dialogue to ensure its recommendations lead to real action.
His remarks come amid scepticism that the discussions will yield meaningful outcomes.
Speaking at the opening session of the National Economic Dialogue, Yamson acknowledged public doubt, stating, "There are some who have already concluded that this is going to be yet another talk shop and that there will be no follow-through action.
